| Cranberry-Orange Sorbet |
Time: Preparation time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 3 to 4 minutes Freezing time: 5 hours or overnight, if desired |
Ingredients: ¾ cup fresh orange juice 1 envelope (¼ ounce) unflavored gelatin 12 ounces (approx. 4 cups) frozen whole cranberries ¾ cup sugar 2 tablespoons orange-flavored liqueur

Procedure: Soften gelatin in orange juice in small saucepan; stir over low heat until gelatin dissolvesl Place cranberries in food processor bowl fitted with steel blade; process 2 to 3 minutes or until pureed, scraping side of bowl as necessary. Add gelatin mixture, sugar and liqueur. Process 2 to 3 minutes or until very light and foamy. Spoon mixture into 8 x 8 x 2inch square baking pan; cover tightly and freeze 5 hours (or overnight, if desired). 8 servings of ½-cup each.
