Your Order Delivered In 2 Days To Any U.S. Address!

Shipping rates are based on the region of the country we are shipping to. Shipping to Region 1 is only $7.95 per address to the following states: IA, IL, MO, KS, NE, SD, ND, MN, WI, IN, MI, OH, KY, TN, AR, OK. Region 2 is only $11.95 per address to the following states: AL, MS, LA, TX, NM, CO, WY, NY, PA, CT, NJ, DE, DC, MD, VA, WV, NC, SC, GA. Shipping to Region 3 is only $17.95 per address to the following states: VT, NH, ME, MA, RI, FL, AZ, UT, ID, MT, NV, CA, OR, WA. See Map! This will ensure all packages arrive at their destinations as soon as possible for quality.  Items SHIPPED to Illinois residents will include a 1% sales tax. We are not able ship to Hawaii and Alaska at this time.

Shipping Information

Every fresh frozen steak and chop that leaves our doors is hand-packed in a reusable styrofoam cooler. Next, plenty of dry ice or a reusable gel pack is positioned on top of the meat to lock in freshness during shipment. The order is then inserted into a corrugated shipping box. We ship our fresh steaks, chops and breaded tenderloins (items that require dry ice) on Tuesdays or Wednesdays for delivery on Thursdays or Fridays. Our smoked items do not require dry ice and are shipped Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Shipping on Wednesdays is limited based on availability of product and dry ice. We are not able to ship our products so they travel over a weekend. If you have a preferred ship date, we will do our very best to ship on or as close to that date as possible.

International Orders

We are unable to ship to international destinations at this time.

Order Processing

Once your order is processed, each package is shipped directly from our shop in Dubuque, Iowa. We ship our packages on Monday, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only.  Once your order is processed for shipment, your package will arrive at its destination in two days. No orders will be processed over the weekend.  All orders will be shipped immediately, unless you specify a special date or holiday.

All orders must have complete and accurate shipping instructions…including the phone number for the ship to address. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. We cannot ship to postal boxes.
